Sincerity

I believe this is one of the most important virtues that Franklin put on his list. Sincerity is practicing humility and honesty. If you are not sincere in your daily life, how can people trust you? You should be sincere and honest and give your best attempt in everything that you do whether its at a job that you are working at, or it could be something as simple as everyday communication between your closest friends and family. Imagine if nobody was sincere when they spoke wouldn't it be very difficult to believe people and gain trust with them? That is why I picked sincerity as my virtue.

Very nice gage, sincerity is much too underappreciated in this society. Imagine how much more peaceful we could be with more of it.

I agree, sincerity would be the 2nd most important virtue I would choose. You need to try hard at whatever you do in life to become successful. You also need to give your 100% all the time, everyday.
